Causes of EDO
There are a myriad of internal and external causes for EDO. The ED staff focuses on the external causes and
because of that they feel victimized. Emergenuity focuses on the internal causes for EDO: the ones
that the staff can control and change to improve care. We empower the staff to take responsibility
